Yesterday was one of those emotionally draining days that leave you feeling exhausted long after it’s over.
It was one of those days where I gave everything I could – and this morning, I was left feeling empty.
So… I knew I needed to take some time for me. While this is great advice for writers, it really applies to everyone. Take time for you. Meditate, exercise, spend time with friends, do whatever you need to recharge your batteries.
And then when you’re ready – you can come back and battle the day stronger than you ever have before, because yesterday is over and you can worry about tomorrrow…
