2020 DIET ADVICE

If you’d like your belly thinner,
sip on broth for lunch and dinner.
If you think that meal won’t do
(you’re the type who likes to chew)
munch a heaping scoop of ice.
Beans and cabbage might be nice.
Mix them up, and if you please,
add a pinch of grated cheese.
Maybe something else instead?
Salad… dressing…
butter… BREAD!
Now we’re talking! That sounds yummy.
Put some pasta in your tummy.
You deserve a celebration.
Have some fun (in moderation.)
A couple extra pounds won’t hurt.
So while you’re at it —
have dessert!
